As per the governments rule, All permissions should be attained before a sale is to be taken and the permit number should be shown in their website and project. But this is not the case and for many of the builders out there who try to dismiss the permit number should be fined.

Builders charge more ready reckoner rates

In the past couple of months, it has been seen that the builders have been charging more rates for their newly constructed projects than those that are generally offered on resale projects. This rate charging scheme needs to change to greater levels.

Project not done as per plan.

They did not make the project as per the plans and this caused us a lot of problems because we had to pay the extra charges and they did not even consult us before doing so.
