Purchased one 3 BHK flat in SRS Residency, Sector 88, Faridabad.


Quality of construction is worst by all standards.


Facing all type of problems including seepage, floor tiles getting broken without any external force, other problems relating to plumbing.


It seems that although the builder has used reasonably good material, still there was no control over quality of construction. It seems that there was no supervision or workmanship.


Daily going for labour or material is more irritating than wasting of money.


New purchasers be cautious.
