This is a fraud company

Review On Srishti Builders & Developers, Noida

Srishti Builders & Developers was just changing my Relationship Manager and everybody was giving different promises of completion date of project. After such long period of(5) plus years, as no registration of land is done, I requested for refund of invested money with interest and surcharge as per mutually signed agreement. Last more than a year, Srishti Builders & DevelopersCustomer Relations Managers are only giving dates after dates for refund but no refund is made yet. Now even they stopped responding to my emails and telephones calls. This sure a fraud company.

I am initiating a legal action against Srishti Builders & Developers. I urged all prospective Investors( especially NRI) be aware of Srishti Builders & DevelopersProperties while investing in their project. I have invested with Srishti Builders & Developersin 2013 for Taloja project. at the time of investment they said apartment will be delivered by Dec 2016, but still they have not started. Now they are telling it will be delivered by 2019.

I requested for refund, as they had option for it. for refund also every time they keep on postponing it.

So I suggest not to invest with Srishti Builders & Developers, because its very difficult to get your own investment.
