The builder has no skills and working experience and he is probably one of the worst builders that I have come across! They keep changing the mapping and implementation of the project from time to time.

It has been many times the case where there have been many discrepancies between the buyer and the developer pertaining to the extra hidden costs that remain ghost like from the developer and it is these cases where the efficiency ratio should be asked about.

Builder not paying the delay charges

As per the governments rule, If the delay is beyond reasonable time then the Builder has to pay rent or and compensation which the builder is not ready to pay. This must not ne the case as the new rules have been forged in favour of customer interest.

This is such a remote area to live in. They said that we will have all the facilities and amenities in the building since it is far away from the main hub of the town but they did not give us what they promise and we have to travel quite a bit to even buy vegetables.

No fire precaution.

This building has more than 20 floors yet there is no fire fighting system here.How thety can play with our lives like that is questionable.

This is one of the clear cut indications of Common manufacturer problems since it involves proper build up and good use of building paper to cover up many of the defects that are seen rising in many of the construction projects.

Construction not as per plans

There are many projects in pipeline that are not yet finished by the builder and there are also cases where the builder's plans are not clear and hence the message with the type of the plan, whether commercial/residential is not clear and hence it is difficult for the buyer to make a choice.

It is horrible how they cheat you during the time of possession! They make unfair demands at the time of possession, which where not mentioned in the original agreement. You have only the option of fighting a legal battle or suffering the injustice!

Easier for home buyers

Recently the RERA has made many provisions conforming that it is making it easy for the home buyers to seek legal recourse easy as they don not have to pay for the super built up area and this is how the saleable area of the flat is reduced to just the carpet area
