I truly say that comapny working environment was not at all friendly work at Sova Builders . They promising but the same should be done at all the sites.  I experiance the same when I was dealing with the property. Also being such huge company the methods and the contractors used by this company are are of low standards.

EVEN if you are paid all the amount then this is not fixed that that you get or not. They provide various facilities and amenities but that is only to attract the customer once you go for buying a flat at such place then they make sure to empty your pockets. Its horrible for me. its construction is very good and the structures are also high basically but the cost is not efficient according to the product.

They charged you more than you get. there are many flats vacant or still not being sold because of the same reason . The pricing factors decrease its business. I wont suggest anyone to buy or invest in something which is not worth at all. You just waste your money . This is my first experiance with them and its last.May be you choose another one to get the best.
