I purchased an apartment from Soma builders that is located at AECS layout "B" block in Singasandra. I am very disappointed with the quality of construction and their title deeds.


They are not following any rules and restrictions laid by the BBMP and there is illegal construction of floors.


Please do not trust this builder and waste your hard earned money.
