They give me the allotment letter and thye will always charge you more in every installement.


they dont reply to your complains.


The staff is worst ever . absolutely disrespectful.


And during the handover process they are charging me 1 laks more than what was mentioned in the allotment letter.


Absolutely anooying.


I did a big mistake by buying with shobha.


Please dont buy at shobha.
