Well I have two deals with this builder but one of them was very bad how I will tell you

I was an new  customer of this builder and they are the worst in the business. Do not be fooled by seeing the colorful brochures and banners that they use to attract the customers. You will know the pains the buyers had undergone  with this builder.

They have deviation in most of the projects and treat buyers like beggers. Most of the projects are being delayed and the buyer has to bear the EMI & rental cost.

They will not pay even a single penny to cover your loss and we have to undergo the mental stress due to this. Damn it. This is the worst part that a buyer has to undergo with this builder and they will not pay any penalty for the delay.

Moreover, I heard from other sima builders buyers that they occupied the apartment with temporary electricity without completion of the project and they got permanent electricity only after 1 year or 2 years. Those who had kids and old people suffered a lot because of this. Also, they have not yet received the occupancy certificate due to deviation in the project. Moreover, the backup and lift is still not yet installed in the apartment.Think twice before dealing

Well I have a uncomplete work which is not completed sima construction. I actually called the many times. But no response from them.

I called to their senior manager who is better person in my knowledge.  I gave me some workers for compliting and finishing my work. But after 3 to 4 days they also leave the work . I again call them .

This time they ask for balance money.I told them what happen my work.They said sir we are serious in your work wait we have no labour free now.Than I told them I can see that.You all are very irritating. Please complete my work then I will give you the money.Then they force me to pay first. I dont paid them. Till now my work is uncomplited

Sima I dint know who the hell she is whose name is used in the company.they are irresponsible all the time.i hv many times contacted with them solve my uncomplited work.but unfortunately they dont care who is talking.they only need money.they labours are too undispline order.they cant see anything who is head on the project .they do as they want.seriously dont contracted with sima construction any more or any time .
