The Signature Realitie marketing guys present in "Karnataka & Tamil Nadu" are sheer FRAUDSTERS.They are NOT PRESENT IN MUMBAI.They promised a lot of amenities before selling & after selling till now they have not given any basic amenities.These guys will show you moon & stars promises but you will face the reality once your construction is done.
The quality of construction is also HORRIBLE.Moreover, they do not know how to behave with their own customers.They even MISBEHAVE WITH LADIES & SENIOR CITIZENS when they ask for layout development and I have VIDEO n AUDIO Proofs about them.Never ever invest your hard earned money if you want to lose your peace of mind, invest if you want to lose your peace of mind.It is NOT A GATED SOCIETY.Sold to us saying gated but later anyone can enter the layout BY BREAKING THE COMPOUND WALL.

They are doing business in the name of ASK MAX PROPERTIES, SH HOMES, SHRIVIK CONSTRUCTIONS etc.Beware of such people.We had filed CSR in Bagalur PS to get clubhouse amount back.We fought legally then only we got amount back.Now they have filed a petition in my name for giving genuine reviews against them and spreading fear among other residents so that no one will go and file FIR on them but still lots of police complaints are ongoing in their name.We will win back again since Satyameva Jayate.
