Fake never trust this builder

Review On Shubhkamna Buildtech, Noida

I bought 2bhk in shubhkamna tech home noida sec137 in march2011 with a projwct delivery commitment in 2015 but in between builder diver all his fund to other projects which resulted in slow work progress of tech home project. Project was almost stalled for 2years due to some dispute between partners.

After pressure made by buyer group and some legal notces work again started in 2016 june. now builder is going to deliver 1 out of 4 tower in next 3month.

Location of project is good as it is close to upcoming metro station( just200mtr) , interstate bus stand noida sec141, Alphanthum mall in front,

And a major T junction for approach road to noida expressway 1km and noida dadri road 4km.
