Cant buy without down payment

Certain amount of down payment is made mandatory for all the buyers and from among the buyers, it is the bachelors that cannot move forward with the buying options. This needs to improve so that many of the projects can be shifted to buying options.

Inaccessibilty to common areas.

Every member of the society must have equal access to the common areas like the terrace, but over here only the builder has given one of his favorite members the key to the terrace and he does not allow anyone else to use the terrace for their entertainment purpose, which is quite irritating because we pay maintenance and we have equal rights to the property.

Construction activity focussed very specifically

Although there are many projects that have currently witnessed the largest number of launches, it is seen that construction activity is more concentrated only in a very few specific areas with target given to only a very specific few.

The area is small

The carpet area of this place is really small because the 2BHK houses are similar to 1 BHK houses in carpet area and the 3 BHK houses are similar to 2 BHK houses!

Not designed as per plan.

The builders have not designed the place as per the plan. There was a lot of problem in construction due to which we faced a lot of problems that had to be tended to time and again.
