It was quite tedious to call them all the time and get an update about the possession! Now that we have finally got the possession after years, we see that the apartments have not been constructed properly!

No proper care !

The car lift at this apartment breaks down quite a lot and residents are not able to use their cars. There are also no proper amentities and there is no proper fire fighting system as well.

Since there are no functional Metros and fast food restaurants in the nearby vicinity, it becomes very problematic for people who are currently residing and are looking for options for basic entertainment and faster commute so as to reduce time that goes in long distance travel to search for food and availing transport services.
