They keep postponing showing us the licenses and the approvals that we need to see as buyers of this property. After a certain time, I stopped asking them for the same and decided not to invest in this property.

Lack of quality in lifestyle of redeveloped slums

Although many of the slum dwellers have been able to see a significant improvement in the quality of living, their cost of living has however increased. Their quality of life should improve which led to many of the slum dwellers to shift their flats.

No space to park the car.

There is no space to park my car here and some days I do not even get space outside my house, which is ridiculous as so much of my time goes in finding the perfect spot.

Zero down payment not allowed

This comes out as a very restrictive rule to all the house buyers who are very interested in invest or purchase flats but without initiating a down payment. This needs to actively change and this will come of as an option where the purchase is possible even without the down payment.
