Worst experience ever. Pls check the building materials and meet the residents in person. Living in such flat is life risk. Walls cracked, seepage, ceiling clusters falling on your head. Etc. Moreover maintenance office is useless, they won't come until some life threatening incident occurs. They don't take any matter seriously.

Raj extension in Ghaziabad is nearest Delhi. It is a beautiful place where Scc builder developed project. It is situated in peaceful & polluted free residential zone, near by metro rail. Future opportunities is very good because transportation systems are available for noida, G. Noida, delhj meerut very easily.

Ssc builders build an apartment to sell those falt with the name of ssc hieghts. I've seen this plavce at gaziabaad. if you're looking for a home but you ca book from this apartment. look of new apartment is mind blowing and also you will be connected through main cites. delhi is not far away from this place. medical faculty and big bazar is near of this building. I can say at walking distance. views are so beatiful if your really looking for one. call them they have phone no. and they will reach you.
