I purchased a home from samarth Realty in bangalore, I was impressed by their service and courtesy. Till date I have not incurred any issues, the apartment is in great condition and I feel I have got a lot of amenities and space for the amount that was paid. The estate team has been overworked and still they manage to do a great job, I would just tell all the people who are purchasing or planning to purchase with Samarth Realty.

Samarth realty Construction company is on the best builder and provided the best quality and durable projects.

samarth group constructed Good Apartments, buildings etc with good quality projects trusted by people.

The price of the plots are ok compared with other builder. It's a Bangalore based company.

Overall my experience with samarth Group has been satisfactory. Even though the handover was delayed but it was worth the wait. They had delivered what they had promised. Mine is a 3bhk apartment, the modern, contemporary interior of the house is up to the mark and the location is well suited to my needs.

In the end I was satisfied with what was delivered. So if you don’t mind the wait, Gajanana sumuk can be considered as a good option.
