VERY SLOW CRM PROCESS and HANDOVER. FAKE PROMISES.

Review On Salarpuria Group, Bangalore

I have bought a flat at Salarpuria Sattva Divinity, Bangalore. The CRM is too slow(slower than government office) and do not support in any of the process. And they charge a interest if we dont pay on time, but no time limit for their response or handover.

Its been almost a month after registration for ready to move in property and there is no handover yet. And they are saying will not paint the flat. They promised painting before purchase but now they are creating lot of issue to paint. And they will not file TDS during registration even you are ready to pay the amount. TDS and other payment process you have to handle by yourself. you will fed up with their slowness and response. Please be careful with Salarpuria Sattva property buy.
