S&S properties is big time fraud & cheaters, don't but any site or apartment. owner is Sekar Reddy from andra and website details - https://ssproperties.net/ . As I know from my cousin they constructed 1st venture apartment JMD homes & JMD enclave in KR puram which is the worst ever construction. They promised and finally they cheat customers. Not even lift backup is there in their 1st venture JMD homes apartment. Initially they will politely tell stories and finally they will cheat customer and very vulgar attitude. The worst part is they don't have any engineer who will do Building plan. They are simply constructing the apartments under an site engineer who just passed in engineering graduation(family colleague) then think about how worst the construction. Labor and the workers are from their local villagers who doesn't know the basic construction. Also the sites they are selling are fully fraud. I am praying GOD these kind of builders should be thrown out of banglore city. One day they should become beggars bcz of the all customers prayers who bought are really suffering.
