I bought a house last year posession is scheduled within an year. Till date they have not given me agreement. Their site plan keeps on changing. They took 4 lacs extra and gave me roof rights and now all of a sudden they cancelled it. They never contact you you need to call them 8-10 times to get any info. What they promised at time of sale is no longer valid. I have no idea on area of my house, interior, room size of my house, etc. As they have changed all. My hard earned money seems like wasted. DON'T GET PREYED BY THEM THEY ARE LIARS AND INCOMPETENT. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM.
