Avoid renowned group

I have a villa booked in august 2016 and they promise to deliver by December. I thought at least by june 2017 I migth get my villa. By December they have took all the 95% money by my SBI home loan and speed of construction was good. But once the 95% money gave, they have completely stopped the construction. From last 9-10 months there is not much changed and I dont find a concerned person at site ever, neither anyone from renowned office listen. Builder is totally irresponsible. I dont see they have any intention to deliver in time. Hardly getting any response from office as they dont pick the call these days. Office people says talk to person at site and site person mostly not available and escape the question one way or other. Not sure what can be done here.
