I had booked a plot and pais 10L and had to cancel registration in the last minute due to insecurity in job.

I have been trying to get my money back not successful yet.

Want to know if there anyone gone through this process and can help with inputs to get my money back quickly.

Invested money in a BIAAPA approved plot in Reliaable's residential layout at Devanahalli - Reliaable Avia.

Found one day there is a legal dispute on the land. Zero communication or support from Reliaable who despite knowing everything sold us the plots in question.

There is no visibility into the case despite multiple requests for updates.

The losers are the buyers who stand to lose their hard earned money.

DO NOT TRUST RELIAABLE DEVELOPERS.

Bought Reliable Aviaa layout in 2007 at Devenahalli.Excellrnt marketing team conned us with defective Title now under litigation.Very little done from promoters.Now we are headless and trying to to fend helplessly.All our Hard earned money lost.Have seen builders who vanish but with all audacity this guy is planning his next con game.

Sold plot to us in 2007 with legally commotting that land belings to then. we were paying property taxes

now we came to know that builder has sold us disputed land and there is case against them . it is totally unethical on part od builder and worst is that builder is non cooperative.

we are now un difficult conditions as our hard money is stuck.

govt agencies and regulators shd look into and justice shd be given to us

people shd be concerned with these pratiices and think 1000 times before getting into this situation

hope builder will realise abd correct things at end

I'm a customer who fell into Reliaable Aavia 's dubious trap. The sites bought in their layout at Reliaable Aavia Devanahalli is stuck in legal case and Reliaable is just not taking any concrete steps to clear the same & help customers like me & many more who have shelled out our hard earned money . The Reliaable Developers projects have seen many litigations...Their Devanahalli project called Avia..is one such property. Customer are left high n dry. When it comes to legal issues, RD wash off their hands. Absolutely no support offered. New customers shud b cautious with this developer. I am one of their client and struck with legal issues due to their negligence. Dealing with them will be a big risk. Be Cautious people...

Once reliable sold to us in 2007, and after we paid property tax regularly for a few years, we were calledone fine day to the Reliaable office and informed that the layout is under litigation

No due diligence by reliaable before buying/selling.

Customers are scapegoats

No further appeals or any intention by Reliaable to sort out the mess which they themselves created for the customers.

Cheers to those who are still buying plots from Reliaable. Please note that the guy who sold those plots (employee of Reliaable) to us does not pickup the phone when we call for updates on the court case...

Going with one star for at least getting a stay from the high court...

Being relatively new to Bangalore and plot buying process, Reliaable Developer initially helped us find exactly what we were looking for in our dream plot. The team was extremely proactive and insightful throughout the procedure. They coordinated the meetup, provided the options within our budget and advised us through every step. And, as we visited Reliaable Residenza, we knew we made our best decision! Location is a big advantage and of course, the layout was brilliantly built.

Hello friends I am Gino Mathews , I came here to updating my experience regarding real estate cheating in Bangalore, please like and share until it reaches to the authorities and police officials. I am currently in Rayasandra main road in Guttahalli village which comes near huskur village. If you see your major real estate development is happening along this road as well as Nirmala Vidyalaya Road and a famous developer in in Bangalore Reliaable developers selling properties in this area. The issue is, we have a site in the nearby layout from 2006 and now this land shark is encroached in to our layout. They already encroached in kaluve separating our layout and their layout. the boundary wall constructed between these layouts are already erased and now they are constructing a boundary wall on of our layout blocking our acceess. We already have taken stay order from the honorable Anekal court and requested for police protection to construct home in our land but when we approached the hebbagodi police police station they are not ready to accept our complaint or take any action against the real estate developer. Also if you notice the the kaluve which is illegally land filled is also going to be sell to the unknown customers. BBMP or BDA are not willing to take any action and will it will soon to be sold to some innocent customer so please be careful about this cheatings and raise your voice in support of us thank you.

Can somebody give me the information who has bought the plot in Reliable dollars layout so that I will get some idea on this.

Based on the current reviews I can say that these builders are not trustful and they are quoting high price. Please help to get more information on this.

Dollar Collony is a luxurious residential plots layout.They are plots well laid out in a calm location currently.

The customer service is excellent keeping in mind our busy work schedule, we need not run around for the paper works, all is planned meritoriously well before the registration . And they tend to all your queries diligently at the earliest. Certainly worth an investment!

With an extensive yoga area and a multipurpose lawn system, it’s the best place to relax and live. A very beautiful gated community. I have visited this place recently and was totally impressed. The club house has the best facilities. The property is well spaced and well organized. With modern infrastructure and the best clubhouse and a well-equipped swimming pool, Dollar Collony is the place to live!

With a children’s play area and an amazing concept like the maze garden, kids at Dollar Collony can enjoy the best childhood experience and have the best facilities while growing up! As a parent, this is the best place for a kid to have a well-rounded experience while growing up.

They have disputes in many of their layouts and they do very little to help the innocent buyers to recover from the mess of litigation.

They try to target only NRI's as they know very little about their background of the developer and the NRI buyers will not be available locally to fight the disputes.

I have been stuck with them in 2 such layouts, please stay away from them.
