We were shocked when we got to know that a car fell in the lift shaft. We have been experiencing delays in our work because of the bad car lift, but we did not think that we would experience this as well. It is very disappointing to say the least.

The walls are made of fake POP and there is a leakage issue and the floor is made of false material! The concerned authorities should definitely have a look at this building and make the required changes!
Inability to provide land to all

There have been many cases where the government has alleged to be keen to provide housing schemes to all. But the lack of proper co-ordination with many of the keen players is one of the factors that has created road-blocks to the success of providing housing to all.

I am not happy with the way they built the proeprty at all. There are no amenities and facilities and they have not paid attention to detail, which is a huge problem here.

They do not give us any document to review before signing the agreement papers, so we don't really know what we are getting into!

It has been seen that the maintenance cost is exorbitantly high and this does not show a good image for all those who are keen at investing in the real estate and expect good returns. The interest rates have also been rising on the go serving one more factor why investment is not a good option.
Postponing important things.

They keep postponing showing us the licenses and the approvals that we need to see as buyers of this property. After a certain time, I stopped asking them for the same and decided not to invest in this property.
No care for the amenities and facilities

Nobody takes care of the amenities and facilities here yet they impose a huge maintenance fee on us. It is just not done.
