Raheja Developer- he is a big cheater, he has taken all the amount from us and till date nothing happened in society and services are bad, we are leaving in hell. Biggest mistake of my life - I purchased flat here. I request you please don’t ever think about any project of Raheja Delhi based company.

Five years before, an apartment was booked in Raheja by my brother-in-law in Sector 92, Gurgaon.As per the agreement, Raheja was supposed to give possession in two years and my brother-in-law had already paid the payment for the same.Considering grace of six months, the possession should have resulted within two and a half years.As there was delay in construction, Raheja developer assured possession after an additional three months.After a year's delay, my brother-in-law requested customer care for its cancellation and to refund the money followed by no result.After a period of three and a half years, a request was again forwarded from my brother-in-law's side stating that he had shifted his family in a new accommodation.Raheja developer lied with the customers saying, "Possession will result soon and only occupancy certificate is needed".My brother-in-law finally requested to Pehredar Team in order to get his money back with normal bank interest.

Customer care does not care at all after you pay money. Raheja took stamp duty money 3 yrs back and is using for its business. Registration not done. Customer care expert in telling lies, not answering emails, saying meaningless and vague English on phone. Almost inhuman.

Developers of many residential commercial projects in Delhi NCR owned by Mr.Navin Raheja & Son Mr.Mayan Raheja.

I did work in raheja devolopors for three month in a event and they said me to they will give me salary per month. I worked there as a agent of raheja in Krishna housing scheme from October 17 to December 31. Approx two and half month my worked there is I give all information about Krishna housing scheme to customers and distribute pamplates to the public.after one month I said my senior for salary then he said you will get your salary in next month .then I again next month ask for the salary from my senior then my senior reply you will get your salary after the end of the scheme. When the scheme has end then I ask my salary he only give me half month salary and said we did not get from our senior. After many time ask he give me only another half month of the salary. Total I get one month salary remaining one and half month salary I did not get till now. So friends if you are going to do such work please conform first about your salary.

The only project delivered seems to be Atlantis. His maintenance company and security continue to suck them. Atharva and Vedaanta Occupancy Certificates have been challenged in courts as obtained on false pretences. Cases are also lodged in Consumer court. Navin Raheja recently removed from Chairmanship of NAREDCO. Water thru tankers and Electricity thru generators, both at prohibitive rates. You can imagine the scenario. To top it all, he is trying to sue journalists reporting against his projects. Definitely not recommended.

My name is rohit and here I am writing about raheja developers which is a delhi based company but they have all the projects in gurgaon. One of my friend also has booked a flat in their project in 2010 but till to date he did not possassion of his flat. Even quality is very poor. Lets go through key points:

Customer service:

Their customer service is very poor. My friend has been invited for possassion three time but each time there are lots of pending work in his flat.

Staff courtesy:

Staff seems to be cleaver and they always tries to make their cuatomers fool in name of possassion. Project teams are quite supportive but customer relation team is very bad and tries buttering every time.

proect implementation:

They do not implement the specification properly. When I have visited the project with my friend, at that time customer relation person gives the specification to project member very first time. How can they be so careless.

I am not satisfied with their performance.

Mouthshut has mentioned their wrong address. Original address is: D4, 4th floor, district centre, saket, new delhi.

I do not recommend this builder.

All new buyers be aware, Raheja has never delivered project on time. I am stuck with them where they have delayed the project for almost 3 years now.

They are silent about when they will deliver the project. They have taken 90% money and then stopped work on site. No penalty, no response to customer questions.

Will never recommend this builder to anyone. Be aware !!!!!!

Please spread this to everyone you know. Don't fall in trap with this builder. Not reliable at all. Don't believe me check with other customers. They launched Vedanta, Atahrva, Navodaya in 2008 with completion date in 2011 but no where near completion as of now.

Visit their actual construction site. Project is delayed for almost 3 years and no commitment to date.
