1) You plan for investment or buying a dream house with hard-earned money goes in total vain.

2) What is promised vs What is delivered is a big question/ confusion.

3) You pay entire money and then get possession of the house but it is not complete.  Everything inside is going to be pathetic. And you end up spending even more money in getting the unfinished work completed.

4) Builder is gone missing post he’s done with the construction of skeleton system of site.

5) There is nobody to answer your questions or fulfill your needs. 6) Common area work is going to be pathetic. If you want to be safe from daily hassles and running around the builder then, please do yourselves a favor and invest elsewhere than investing in radha Gobinda Builders
