Inability to provide land to all

Very high maintenance cost

It has been seen that the maintenance cost is exorbitantly high and this does not show a good image for all those who are keen at investing in the real estate and expect good returns. The interest rates have also been rising on the go serving one more factor why investment is not a good option.

There have been many residential plots and projects for which the buyer has been refrained from been handed over the final possession of the flat. It is a standard rule that the buyer should be entitled to receive the compensation for the same but is not showered with the same entitlement.

Builders are not interested in common man

It has been quite a common concern that many of the real estate flats are not been sold to common man since many of the builders have been courting NRI investors in UK and US. This leads to many of the properties and flats been sold to non residentials.

The property is built so close to a dumping ground and the smell that it causes gives us headaches and pains and it is really not a pleasant state to liove in.

Small carpet area.
