You will not get any responses from builder once payment is done. Lots of issues are there in terms of documents, from 3 -Years builder just keep doing fake promises.

Bought a Plot in Aamby City, Hoskote, Bengaluru from Peram Group 3.5 yrs back. They have not kept the promise of completing the developments till now. I am paying EMI with no benefits. Need Justice.

Hi, i have purchased plot 5 years back, till now there is no development, they never stand on their promises.after taken the money they completly forget about their customer. no response for customer queries and paid the money. think twice before invest the money in their group ventures.

This project DTCP Approved And Bank Loans also availble.The only builder today that emphasise on superior quality In This Projects Great Developement . Our Villa Plots Near MVJ Medical college, National Highway 4, peramgroup Developers offered low price compared to other realtors and offers, Plots Projects Providing Great amenities is another great relief. I like the surroundings, broad roads, under groud drainage systems, street lightings, club house, all the facilitys attached to the layout.one of the main advantage is near mvj medical college, national Highway 4, colleges, of this layout.good garden area, finally I purchase a plot in peram aditya grand.

Hai, iam santharao, want to give my feedback about my investment. After my retirement with some of amount I purchased a plot in Peram Group real estate, Eco City. I have visited all their ventures, I like eco city venture, which is well planned, with good amenities. I think my investment is valuable in the near future. In this connection I would like to thank Peram Group management they helped me and their employees clarified my doubts. I recommend peram group ventures to others.

In bangalore all 3 projects this builder cheated around 3000 families.Cheated by taking ppl hard-earned money .

Please think and enquire in bangalore projects before you buy from this builder.

Advice please never buy any property from this builder, how he cheated people please enquire.

Hi Friends Today I would Like to share my own experience about Peram Group Recently my uncle shifted Delhi to Banglore.We went to Site where Peram Group Construction work was going on We saw some plots there all plots were really awesome and beautiful place.All the good things was available there.Fresh air, Clean and Neat area The customers service was really superb they told us everything about the plots and plots were very good.

The staff Courtesy is good they know how to talk with their customers and they were telling us all the things about plots.They told us about their future projects.

Park, electricity facility, Security staff, playing ground, Walking field.Underground drainage System.There are lots of services are available there.

I have booked an plot in Peram’s Aditya Grand and am very excited for the completion of the project. The entire process was excellently handled and I receive regular updates regarding how far the project construction has gotten. Very impressed!

The communication team of peram group is very efficient. Whenever I have a query, they solve it almost instantly. Glad I purchased an plot in this project.

My  husband  buyed  a  plot  in  Peram  Aditya  Aamby  city  one  year ago,   which  is near Hoskote  .  All the  amenities  are  very  good  with  jogging  track   .  Primary  factor  is  there  will  be  peace  of  mind  with  happiness .  We  think  this  is  the  best  investment  with  low  budget  in   Peram Group.  Right  now   there  is  so  much  demand   on  this  venture.  But  the  flaw  is  the  builder  here  is  bit  slow  in  working  process.

One of the waste real estate company.No one in this peram group cares about requirements .Only they ask for the money.Don't invest money in this fraud peram group real estate company.They will tell everything will be clear but they hide everything. Suppose unfortunately you have taken in this please ask the money.Close the company "guys please share this post"

I was given description of heaven and I booked a plot with 1 Lakh rupee advance.

After 2 years, they did not give me plot, stopped taking my calls.

I had to hire and pay for advocate to get the money out, but I finally got it.

These years I had multiple offers from other properties, that I could not buy because they had snatched a good portion of my capital.

I have decided I am going to pursue and teach them a lesson so they dont do it for others.

Invested in Peram Eco City which was supposed to be launced as 300 Acres project in 2014 but was reduced to 50 Acre project and increased proce without any notification to the Customer.

And if you have invested with them, never plan to withdraw. It will be more and more pain for you. I am trying to withdraw my money for the past 3 months.

They are continuously brainwashing you to be invested with them.

Even though I am telling them that I am not in a position due to my financial condition they never listen to you. they send Bank Loan person to your door step for further processing.

With 3 months of follow up what I hear from the contact person is when Mr.Hari comes they will give me a cheque. That too in installments!

I am not sure how many more days I need to wait.

Will keep posting here about the proceedings.
