Booked a flat from SiddhaHappy Ville (By Siddha Builder) Rajarhat in 2015 and I have been harassing by Siddha with unfair charges.Dont respect the agreement which has been made at the time of payment .there are many customers like me.

They create a hype about everything just so that they can overcharge the buyers! The property was so expensive and the maintenance charges are also expensive because we are not getting the facilities and amenities that we paid for!

Overcharging The Buyers

These builders cancelled our bookings so that they could sell the houses at a higher rate to new buyers! Do not buy from them! They are overcharging for their apartments for no reason because the construction quality is poor and the amenties are also not up to the mark!

No proper maintenance of amenities

Even though they do not keep the amenities and facilities that they provide us in good health, they expect that we should pay such a high maintenance fee. It is just not done.

Legal Documents not provided

There are many developers who fail to hand over legal documents to the buyers that contains all the necessary details about the basic amenities that the buyers will avail for. All the approve related documents are also not provided at the buyer's end.

No execution of ideas as per the plan.

They do not execute their ideas as per the plan and this causes us a lot of issues. We would definitely not recommend buying a house with them because it took them years to get the project done.
