I have booked a flat and doing legal and bank loan process and about to go with sale agreement. After 45 to 50 days , builder told that my opposite flat is vegetraian and cancelling my flat. Then they showed few poor lighting unit , as im not preferring they insist me for cancellation. I have sold my land and get the down payment and in last minute they did. Totally unethical, dont fall in their trap.
