The implementation has been so bad and when you are working with such big builders, you do not expect this so we were quite shocked when we saw something completely different from what we were told we would get.

Although it takes a lot of patience that needs to be instilled among the general public which includes the homebuyers or investors, the effective implementation of rules laid down by the MahaRERA are expected to resolve many of the issues prevalent to the Real Estate Sector.

False Promises Made

They made false promises and said that this is a township society when it is just a regular complex! Even though people paid 90 percent of their dues, the possession was delayed!

Different rooms not in place

It has been seen that no official power supply has been provided to the building as transformer and switch room is not in place for many of the houses that are constructed. This needs to change to handle all the mismanagement in safe hands.

Interference in every small thing!

We have to ask the builders permission when we want to make some changes in our own house! We also have no freedom to take tutions or do any productive thing in our house! They ask for a commission on what we earn! When it is our house, why should we give them comission?

No draft documents

We did not get to see the draft documents before signing the agreement of this place and it is quite sad that they are nt showing people what they are getting into.

Did not show us approvals and licenses.

Even after our repeated requests they failed to show us the required approvals and licenses for the building, so we are not feeling comfortable enough to book the house with them.
