Im one of the victim amongst other flat owners in Neeraja sarovar, the facilities and amenities provided is very inferior and incomplete. this property has a litigation which was hidden from the buyers. the builder does not repond to the complaint and grievances after he is finished his sales. the OS # was erased by the builder everytime, it will shortly be painted again we all are stuck. we cannot sell our flats also. Check the google reviews of Neeraja sarover to understand the frustration if the buyers..
