There are many under-construction projects that lack a proper finish to the overall housing and by many it is considered as one of the basic most structural defects in the basic designing. This needs to be improved since many projects are better.

The limitations that the builders place on you even though the house is yours is ridiculous. You cannot even take tutions in your own house here and if you want to make any furniture for your own house, you need to show the builder designs and then only you can go ahead with it.

There are a number of high-end apartments that are not yet sold in Mumbai that are not been yet sold and this is one of the causes of ineffective inclusionary houses plan where there is delay in the plan of providing housing facilities to all.

So many families are waiting for possession for so many years and they do not even pay interest on delayed possession! They make false promises and their customer service department is of no use at all!

There have been many instances where the government has not been taking any measure to restrict the count of immigrants travelling from different cities for job opportunities. This ahs led to many people especially from the slums to remain stuck in the conditions of poverty.
