Mullick Construction, Kolkata

Mullick Construction is one of the worst builder in our locality. You find many disadvantages with this company. Just lime I found.so I put them here.

Disadvantages:

1. You plan for investment or buying a dream house with hard-earned money goes in total vain And they never return it.

2.  What is promised vs What is delivered is a big question/ confusion.always cofusing according to me.

   You pay entire money and then get possession of the house but it is not complete. you must wait for a long time.  Everything inside is going to be pathetic. And you end up spending even more money in getting the unfinished work completed. So I think this kind of a waste of money.

   Builder is gone missing post he’s done with the construction of skeleton system of site and they never return back. 6.
   

There is nobody to answer your questions or fulfill your needs. I feel very poor costumer service. 6. Common area work is going to be pathetic.not even single place is going to be right. If you want to be safe from daily hassles and running around the builder then, please do yourselves a favor and invest elsewhere than investing in mullick construction.
