Today I am here to share my perspectives on Myntra developers which is in Kolkata. It is not a decent manufacturer. It is a fake one. It every single just give fake guarantees and false claims. The staff is additionally not very great. They are not all that accommodating are not by any means authentic they generally miss direct individuals to buy their property.

The item rate is truly poor and they give Crashes and burns to the clients. The leader of the organization is additionally not great. The client benefit is poor they don't answer to the telephones are the sends. Kindly don't purchase any property from Mitra Developers

Hello friends today I am here to share my views on Myntra builders which is in Kolkata. It is not a good builder. It is a fake one. It all only gives fake promises and false claims. The staff is also not so good. They are not so helpful are not even genuine they always miss guide people to purchase their property. The product rate is really poor and they provide Falls flat to the customers.

The head of the company is also not good. The customer service is poor they don't reply to the phones are the mails. Please don't buy any property from Mitra Builders . thank you

Make false promises to their customers!

I personally had a pretty bad experience with Mitra Builders.

I went to their office two years ago to look into their upcoming projects but what I got was only promises and false claims.

Their staff was pretty bad at almost everything and can go to any level to lure you to purchase their property.

Their product implementation rate was really poor and they yet to provide all the flats to their previous customers.

The company head was pathetic and did not give any date to visit the project location.

The customer service was poor with no remainders or emails from their side.

Glad that I did not buy any property from them.

Think ver carefully before buying property with Mitra Builders, check out how many projects are they completed and handed over to the customers.

Think twice before buying anything if you are getting something which is at the lower price than the market value.

Then its must be fraud. Otherwise they give you something that make so much of anger.when it comes to reality the promotions will remain like that only. Hardly they dont have any delivered projects. I had very bad experience with Mitra Builders, Never trust on them! They may be good in marketing but cheating us giving us empty promises. My advice is never go with them. Never beleive in their fake promises.

They had more projects which uncomplited till now but they already taken too much of advances from customers.Think twice before go with them. Their staffs are with very rude behavior.

I need to write this so that you think 100 times before investing your hard earned money in Builder Like Mitra where their Punch line - Expect more does not go along with real time projets delivery and promises.

I can tell you some points to take the informed decision- While selling - Sales team will try to lure you to any extent. Delaying project is the DNA of the group Senior executives like CEO, CRM head does not bring the experience and gravity to customer. Communication is pathetic. CEO commits the dates which are not agreed with Middle level Managemant and they start discussing in front of the customer.

Very prompt to collect the money and several reminders. no responses to customer emails. No professionalism during project implementation and delivery. We need to teach them as How to send user friendly Project status report. Yes this is correct. I am already suffering. Hope you don’t land in the same boat.

Hello mitra builders is a famous builder in our locality. Their process of work and charges of any project is bad and low enough.i have a make a deal with th ti build my house for 3 floor which is uncomplited . They said me that I need to pay around 5 lakh to 5.2 lakh for complete the project or building. I make this deal with the contract price of 5.1 lakh . Then they agreed to work in this rate.they started the work with good and tight equipments. Well I m very sad to see that their labours are not well trained to do the specified work. They effort in the work is too good . I like the machines which are used in the work. Their every single labour is untrainedenough to make mistakes in the work. Their provided material is good . I have many comaints and issue regarding my work. They complited my work in 6 months and last I pay them 5 lakh rupees and but they said that our agreement says about 5.1 lakh so I pay them more.

Overall I am not satisfied their work and finishing.
