There are many a times this case that the land is disputed and the basic checks pertaining to the legalities is not completely taken care of. And hence when the land is not cleared, it creates clouds of doubt in the minds of the buyers.

This is a high rise building and their fire fighting systems do not work. Having a safe building is so important, yet this building is not safe and this is a huge problem.

There are a number of builders who lack general experience with respect to clearly laid-out processes or steps pertaining to different construction tasks that involve effectively laid out steps from project approvals to the actual construction.

In the past couple of months, it has been seen that the builders have been charging more rates for their newly constructed projects than those that are generally offered on resale projects. This rate charging scheme needs to change to greater levels.

The developer denied that I paid him the maintenance fee, so I had to pay it again. Please take a receipt from these cheaters for any and everything that you pay because they will not leave an oppurtunity to cheat you off your money.
