Since there is a pipeline of a long list of inventories that is remaining unsold, it has been seen that most of the inventory stock has been lying unsold by the developers since they have been unable to launch new projects as the old ones have not yet been sold.

No proper use of available parking space

There have been many local zoning ordinances alongside building codes in addition to other development practices that have been in execution and has unfortunately resulted in oversupply of parking spaces and has thereby led to inefficient use of existing parking spaces.

Confusing policies

It has been seen that from many of the parking policies, there are some Parking subsidies that may be provided to some users but not others. There are also regulations that are provided with fees that may apply at certain times but not others.

Even after endless rounds to meet the builders and developers and numerous phone calls and emails, this project does not seem to be starting, which is very streesful for us because we have invested our hard-earned money in this project.

Remote area

Horrible area to live in! Transportation is so difficult from this place; especially if you travel by train! Also since the area is remote, it is very scary to travel alone even in the evenings!
