It is seen in many of the cases that despite missing out on the fact that the buyer has purchased a fully developed flat, still there are no facilities that ensure that he will get a ready possession in the same. This is not legally approved and should change.

Big demand from low cost housing

Many of the developers instead of scotching for projects that lie in the lower budget brackets are now on the search of increasing their expansion on the properties that are already existing instead of initiating re-development of low cost houses. This needs to improve at a major scale.

Buyer given fake promises

Things which builders have no control over are alleged to be handed over to the buyer from the builders end and later when the buyer makes more enquiry about the same it is said that the builder or the developer cannot do anything since this is the responsibility of the government.

Right since the past, many of the builders have been using it as a reason to come out in their favour by stating that the compensation is not duly possible since the government as brought about unexpected changes in the rules that do not allow compensation in any form.
