The problem is that many of these buyers constitute the NRI and these presentations are given to make the prospect buy into the plan which is different than the reality.

They did not take our opinion before making any changes in the plans which is terrible because we had to pay the extra money and we were not happy with the results as well.

They showed us all the documents expect the documents which mention that the land is non-agricultural land and we do not want any issues later so we avoided buying a space with them.

Many forms of nest

There have been tremendous cases of formation of nest out of any form of shredded paper, grass clippings and leaves. This needs to improve with proper nesting done in place with good examination services in place.
