There are many projects in pipeline that are not yet finished by the builder and there are also cases where the builder's plans are not clear and hence the message with the type of the plan, whether commercial/residential is not clear and hence it is difficult for the buyer to make a choice.

There are many builders who only deal with taking project related queries and providing services from offline activities. This essentially means that there remains no way for the buyer who are interested in their projects to get a quick know-how of the services builder provides online.

Increased inventory

There have been cases where many of the developers have repeatedly failed to make the availability of many of the on sale houses on time to all the buyers. This has led to increase in the inventory and ha created lots of confusion and lack of trustworthiness in the minds of the buyers.

No long term scope for the project areas

Scope for the construction of new projects is very low in this area. Sometimes, connection with bridges seem to be a far off things to be seen as an amenity in the vicinity. Hence it is not reasonable.

Terrible smell.

There is an unbearably bad smell that comes due to the pipes and drainage system not being fit well. I fail ti understand how such renowned builders can make such a mistake.

No approvals and licenses.
