Visited today with a frnd. Quite inside. 1.6 km from main road. Project delayed by 1 year. Amenities in slow phase. Another year to get good shape. Need to have vehicle compulsory for daily living. Access road is terrific/ during rainy season it will be more pathetic. Not sure about OC certificate.No CC received. Builder yet not received RERA number. Please verify this information in below link. https://rera.karnataka.gov.in/projectsUnderInvestigation. It is utmost dangerous to deal with unregistered properties in RERA as seen in above RERA link.

i am not sure how people come for rent/ resale, as nothing is available here. Must avoid project overall...
