Malhotra Construction, Delhi

Hiii friends, I am deepak jangra and I would like to share my personal experience with the Malhotra Construction.

This review is regarding as my personal experience with them.

Malhotra construction is in delhi and their office is in Rohini.

I wanted to buy an flat in Rohini sector 7 . But I have no much knowledge about property flat etc. So I shared my problem with my friend. He recommended me to buy an flat from Malhotra construction.

So I went into their office. I asked them to see a good flat in sector 7. They showed me many flats but they seemed rude in behaviour. They generally used a bold voice.

Anyway I bought a flat from them at a lease of 2 years.

They charged a commission of Rs30000 to me. I gave them to the money but they didn't give me proper papers.

And akso without proper papers I was unsuccessful in taking loan from bank.

My experience is bad with malhotra construction. They don't give a good service. I suggest you friends if you buy a flat please don't contact to malhotra construction.

Hii friends, I would like to share my personal experience with the Malhotra Construction.

A house is not only a name but also a house of memorable moments. It is belonged to the mans belongings.

But the builders played with the person's feelings. They can't gave a perfect house to them. So today I tell about malhotra construction.

These buliders are very worst. They can't give proper facilities as compare to the money that takes the flat money.

These builders use a very low quality material. The house made by them is only for 3 to 4 years. After 3 to 4 years the house is not suitable for living.

They take a very long time to prepare the flat. If you booked a flat before making it you must wait for 2 to 3 years to get the flat. The staff of these builders is very rude. And service is also worst.

I suggest not to book any flat by these builders.

Mene teen mahine pehle construction ka kaam karvaya tha manhotra construction se. Finishing is very good. They also do marbal work and tiles work chage b kuch jyada nahi h. Ye material b provide kara dete h. Agar kisi ko ghar banwana ho to inse banwa sakte h. Labour problem b ni h inke pass. Par ye payment advance lete h

Hello everyone I hope you all are doing fine my name is Sahil Nanda and I am from New Delhi I would like to tell you about my experience with Malhotra construction which is in Delhi their offices in Rohini and I am telling you about my experience with this. I recently looking for a flat in Rohini Sector 7 and I approached Malhotra construction they show me various flats in Rohini Sector 7 and I book the flat from Malhotra construction on a lease for 2 years.

They have charge a commission of 30000 rupees from me but they also didn't give me the proper documents as if now and without the documents I cannot take any loan from the bank so I do not suggest to go with Malhotra construction thank you.
