I am staying in M3M Woodshire, and the experience has been pleasant so far. The rooms are very spacious, and the surrounding areas are very peaceful.

I have a flat booked in M3M Heights, which is in Sector 65 along the Golf Course Extension, and I think I have made a very good decision by investing in this property. Whenever I have any doubts or queries, the M3M customer service representatives are always there to help out.

It's an excellent property in terms of luxury and all the amenities you can think of. It's also well connected to the national highway, and you can also enjoy the view of Aravali hills from your balcony anytime you want.

I have booked a 3BHK for my family in the M3M marina in Gurgaon sector 68 and what I love the most about it is how spacious it is. Apart from the flats, the property also has several amenities like a pool, gym and garden, which I can enjoy with my family after I start living here. Plus, it's north-facing, so it makes me very happy, too.

M3M India is one developer that offers everything combined that other developers offer individually - be it good locations, amenities, prices, interiors, and just about everything else. Big thumbs up!

I got an apartment here for rental income and just as a long term investment and I'm so thankful that I did. The project has seen a multifold increase in its prices and I'm going to continue to hold it because the prices still appear to be following an upward slope

I moved there with my family last year and have been so proud of the decision I made. Every essential amenity is literally minutes away and the experience within the property is also amazing!

My uncle moved to golf estate 2 years back and my parents couldn't stop talking about it. When I visited there myself, my mind was blown. Don't invest your hard earned money in any project of M3M as it is a very fraud and cheater builder. Definitely you will loss your Harden earned money. You will regret your decision if you invest in any project of M3M. They have a very long list of terms and conditions which is confusing and that's give M3M a upper hand in cheating when you file your refund. So once again I request everyone who is reading my review. Don't invest in M3M.

M3M India is one of the leading real estate development companies in the country. However, their services and products leave a lot to be desired.

The quality of their construction is highly questionable and the building materials they use are subpar. The quality of the paint used often fades after a few years, and the tiles and other materials used are of low quality. Additionally, their customer service is very poor. The staff is unhelpful, unprofessional and often rude.

The maintenance of their properties is also poor. The apartments are often in need of repairs, yet nothing is ever done about it. In addition, the company often fails to follow through with the promises they make.

The prices they ask for their properties are also quite high. Considering the low quality of their products, the high prices are not justified.

Overall, M3M India is not a good choice for those looking for quality real estate services or products. Their products are of low quality, their customer service is poor and their prices are too high.
