The fishy thing that I found about them is that they do not give us any draft copy of the documents that we have to sign on possession and not giving the buyers time to review the document and sign is quite wrong.
Increase in property rates

Many developers have been keen at sensing increase in the rates of prices as and when they have been keen at sensing the signs of normalcy in the market for the properties of this particular segment. The unit sizes of many of the uses are small leading to many people showing keen interest in buying it leading to further competition.
We have to pay them extra for possession.

We have to ask the builders permission when we want to make some changes in our own house! We also have no freedom to take tutions or do any productive thing in our house! They ask for a commission on what we earn! When it is our house, why should we give them comission?
