Well I bought a flat with them on 16 jun 2014. My friend already seen their work site before completing the project so he satisfied with qaulity of overall area.

So I bought one of them for my grand parents first of all they charged me a lot so I decided to cancel the deal but I need a flat urgently. So I go for it. I pay them a advance money 40000 for a corner beside the way flat. But when I went for see my flat. They showed me a 3rd floor corner flat. But I told them I dont need it. But they said except this flat all are booked.

I shocked because I already booked.Then I wanted to cancel the deal and told them to refund my advance pay.

But they were not refunding my money that time.When I forced them then they give me 30000 Rs and said to me that 10000 rs deducted for making too many disijuns.very bad experiance with them.

All are staff were not helpfull according to me.
