Since the area where they reside is located near the slum and the particular hygiene factor is dismissed, it leaves an impression on the buyers that the builder is not so keen at lending the properties at good conditions. The builder denied that we paid our maintenance fee and since we did not have a receipt we could not show any proof, so make sure that you'll take a receipt from them.
