There are limited to no power backups that are in place to ensure that there is safe electric and water supply throughout the day. This should not be the case, since as a part of the sales agreement it has been promised to the tenants of the same.

The carpet area of this place is really small because the 2BHK houses are similar to 1 BHK houses in carpet area and the 3 BHK houses are similar to 2 BHK houses!

They will treat you like a god until the time to take possession comes near! Some new restrictions and demands magically come in the agreement and they say that they had discussed it before! This is just not done.

There is very less car parking space here and I have to park my car outside and sometimes I do not get parking outside my building so I have to go really far to park my car.

Power supply issue is a rising concern in the vicinity since the power supply is very dramatic throughout the day and the next situation turns out to be power cut off due to excessive usage in the day time especially during festive times which is a big problem.
