The possession is indefinitely delayed for no reason, people are paying the price for the builder's false commitment.

Considering Covid Situation we could say it took some time, but even projects which started after or around a similar time have been delivered as promised, Kakad builder is just asking for money without any proper update of how long it is going to take for possession.

Owners need to unite and teach them a lesson.

Property is good however property buyer has already made 90% payment and ready to pay rest of 10% to get possession. However at this stage don't know why construction is very slow and our cost of the flat is increasing day by day.

Builder should tell the date and bring confidence in buyer.

It’s been almost 2 years & we are still awaiting possession of our flats . builder representatives are non-responsive, please be doubly sure before buying any under construction property from this burlier since while purchase they would be using sugar coat whereas once u fall in to their trap there’s no revert/response

Kakad paradise phase 2 possession is getting delayed day by day. what the point of delivering so late .eventualy cost person is paying waiting for possession is high

# Big size flats. 1 bhk is not a nest, its a proper house with big balconies, large rooms, practical architecture.

#walking distance from Highway. Few steps more to Bhaktivedanta Hospital, schools and college and yes, Iskon temple.

#Even its near Highway, its peaceful. Away from road noises.

# Balcony view. Long and stretch.

# Dahisar metro station approachable.

#Better construction quality.
