We have no idea whether the property on which the land is going to be made is agricultural or residental and we do not want to get involved in something like this.

We moved to this property a few months back after waiting a long time to get the possession of the house! When we finally got the possession, we were so happy because we dreamed of making our house a really beautiful space and we could do that with this house, but there is so much of interference from the builders! We have to take their permission to get things done for our house, even for the kind of furniture we can get we have to take their opinion! It is our house! We don't understand why they want to interfere!

They are experts in cheating people by showing them attrcative brouchers, but they have no intention to start any project so stay away from them.

What I learned while dealing with these builders is that you should not make the mistake of paying the builder blindly in cash without checking the copy of all legal documents like muncipality, sample sale agreement etc. If a builder is not ready to show you legal documents until you pay the cash component of the deal, he is definitely cheating you! You need a lawyer to make sure that the property deal is right!

Banks are located very far away as compared to the previous locations and branches. As a result people find it problematic to have basic access to bank services and instant ATM services. This needs to be catered to in a timely fashion.
