Not everyone has equal acess to the common areas and that is just not fair because we all paid equally. Some people get to use the common areas for their events while others do not.

Carpet area is small.

Loading and unloading zones

It has been evident since many of the past few moths and years now that there has been a good amount of scarcity to accommodate spaces for parking for commercial vehicles to load or unload will cause them to block travel lanes.

Ready possession not given

It is seen in many of the cases that despite missing out on the fact that the buyer has purchased a fully developed flat, still there are no facilities that ensure that he will get a ready possession in the same. This is not legally approved and should change.
