The location of the property need proper build-up. The locality needs to cater to the daily needs of goods and services since there are no such proper facilities. There are a very few retail and factory outlets in the nearby vicinity. The multi-product stores and a shopping mall need good amount of development.

More need of parking spaces

Since many of the working employees use cars to handle day-to-day functions, the sizes are very big and the indirect impact of additional parking spaces has have had a toll on increased rate of area traffic and local accidents.

This is a good project but when rera came in the picture then the possession got extended by 2 years! I do understand that this act has made it less easier to commit frauds in the real estate sector, but it should be executed in such a way that they should not be any red tapism involved due to which the possession gets delayed and causes severe inconvience to the buyers!

Poor quality materials used.

They used such poor quality materials for construction of the flat that the cement is falling off the walls in the main entrance and in some time we will have to bear the cost of this as well and it is simply not fair.
