Fraudulent Hoysala Projects! Beware!!

Hoysala Projects are number one fraud who take their customers for a ride just like that. All the'Pre Sales' smile fades away as soon as the sales happen.

They will not bother to face you after that. All they give you is an idiotic smile when addressed with issues. I bought a flat in Nestor, Kakkanad, Kochi and from the first year itself the flat has all kinds of problems one can think of.

From leaking walls, broken tiles, chipped walls, poorly plastered floors, poor aesthetic sense, plumbing issues, clogged electrical wiring issues, mixed up water connection, fire hoses that does not reach the end flats. the list can go on.

Each work is done so unprofessionally without being supervised properly. Come and visit the flat premises to see the substandard levels of work. Sewage treatment plant(STP) does not work well and most days it overflows causing locals to come and fight with us because of the stench.

What is wondering is even if you raise a complaint to the HO at Hoysala Bangalore, they are least bothered about their reputation or for shoddy piece of work done here. So friends, please stay away from Hoysala and if possible spread the word. They will counter these allegations very tactfully. Do not fall for such things. The 240 flat owners here can bear testimony to this.
