we had worst experience with HIGHLIFE PROPERTIES - Big cheater / Fraudster as well pathetic real estate service provider.

> Two criminal minded with innocent face executives - Mr. Mahesh, Mob 7411466466 and    Mr. Sharief, Mob 7411770033(both are big lairs, cheater, non-ethical and many more..)

Misleading people by represent themselves as a partners of LG Builder and Developers, (spoiling reputation of LG Builders).

>A lady executive, Yamuna - She is born to lie on behalf of both Mahesh and Sharief.

>Fake Comprehensive plan - CDP 2015  for their projects to convince people for booking.

>They try to DRAIN more amount (may be more than 1Lakh) for booking / advance to block site.

>Provide illegible documents - upon repeated request they provided clear readable documents.

>Mr. Mallesh, Legal advisor,  hides the mistake of every document.

>Near BIAL airport Nanda Gokula Project : We were shocked to know that to know that the whole land belongs to SC and ST community, as per Law SC and ST land is prohibited to sell.

They purchased whole land on Lease - NO DC conversion.

*Not even single plot is neither Registered nor sold - all are BOOKED and CANCELLED.

Earning INTEREST outside with share brokers.*

They don't have plot availability chart - Fake call to his colleague in-front of you and shout on chart.

Cancellation and Return Process - 45 days (AGAIN BIG SHOCK) Nowhere mention in terms and conditions of booking form.

DIRECTOR : Mr. Salman Iqbal, always out of station / In graveyard to attend FUNERAL of his relatives, Unavailable to put his thumb impression on Cheque leaf.

Keep changing their logo every year, so that people get confuse (earlier alphabet HL, now with Lion face with red colour).

Kindly spread this to your friends and relatives, so that they should not get trap / invest their hard earned money with HIGHLIFE PROPERTIES .
